Kevin is a highly seasoned realtor in the real estate field where he helped me zero on my choice of house in a timely manner. Being a first time buyer though, I wish he would have sat down with me and baby walked me through the process which didn’t happen, maybe because of the advancement of technology where everything is now done through mobile phones or he just had multiple clients which probably made me a non-priority. I signed so many legal documents without guidance. Either that, Mr. Thomas is an attentive and helpful agent when he is physically present. I could be part of the communication challenges too as I was in and out of training with my job during the whole purchasing process. Our house search took longer than we imagined it would due to the current housing market but Kevin continued to search and show us places until we found something that worked. He almost never misses a call, and if he does he will call back in minutes. He helped us arrange everything so that we could close on our previous home and this home on the same day. Karyn sold our house without ever putting it on the market. I think that, in itself speaks volumes. This is the second home we’ve sold with her, and can’t imagine ever using anyone else. The photographer she uses is also amazing and will make your home look fantastic. Karyn is extremely responsive to every call or text, and has the answer to every question, always. We also bought our last two homes with her husband, Kevin. They are both fantastic, and while we hope to never need a realtor again, if we do, we know who we will call.

Kevin was absolutely amazing 10/10 would always recommend. I did the complete home buying experience from overseas, so I thought it would be complicated. Kevin made it all very easy he was always available (considering the time difference of 6 hours) and always very helpful. We enjoyed the level of service that Kevin provided. Definitely a "10" in our eyes. He made the process smooth and no pressure if we didn't like the first home we saw. He went the extra mile and video homes/neighborhoods for us and sent them to us due to we live an hour away. Once I decided I wanted to see them in person, he made sure my time was flexible to do so.
